Only the freshest ingredients are used in the culinary offerings served at The Cockatoo. These may include fruits and vegetables picked from the resort's own gardens. A blend of East and West, the dishes on the menu are the creations of Virgil Calaguian, co-owner of the hotel, who is a renowned cook and food writer.

Tailored to health buffs, the complimentary breakfast includes fresh fruits in season, yoghurt, muesli, and fresh farm eggs cooked to your liking. From the Noa Noa Tropical Bar & Restaurant comes a selection of tropical specialties such as prawns in spicy coconut cream sauce. Before and after dinner, you can enjoy a drink at the Café-Bar Noir! Hollywood film classics from the ‘40s and ‘50s, such as The Maltese Falcon and The Third Man, are shown regularly at the stylish café-bar.
